CSF Educational Consultants offer a free, end-to-end service that supports you and your family during the transition into independent schooling.

From arranging initial escorted site visits to helping your children settle into school life, our consultants are on hand to make sure everybody’s needs are met throughout the school selection process.

Our Managing Director and Senior Consultant, Colin Fleetwood, was formerly the Senior Principal for MOD Schools worldwide. He has an in-depth knowledge of what is required for service children as their military footprint changes – and, drawing upon his unrivalled connections in the nation’s education sector, he has established strong relationships with a variety of schools across the whole of the UK.

Guiding you through the selection process

We will meet with you (either in person, or virtually) to discuss your needs. From the information you provide, we will be able to suggest schools within our portfolio that we believe will be a good fit for your child. Once we have developed a shortlist, we will arrange accompanied visits to each school/college so you can experience each of these excellent facilities first-hand.

Discounts for military children

We have worked hard to ensure boarding is more affordable than ever for our military families. Special discounts have been negotiated with many of our partners for Armed Forces children – and these, when combined with the financial support available from the Continuity of Education Allowance (CEA), can significantly bring down the costs involved in an independent education.

Colin Fleetwood

Managing Director & Lead Consultant

Colin set up the company in 2017 to help military families access the best possible education for their children in the UK by taking an honest, straightforward approach to assessing what’s on offer from our independent schooling system.

As the former Senior Principal for MOD schools worldwide, Colin has over 40 years’ experience within education, in both military and civilian school settings. His portfolio is second to none, and he is known far and wide for his compassion, his attention to detail, and his tendency to go above and beyond for his clients. His passion for his work speaks volumes, and his results speak for themselves.

Colin is a regular on the golf course. When he’s not working or travelling, he acts as governor for a primary school in North Essex.

Suzi Fleetwood

Accounts Director

Suzi has been managing our finances since the company was first founded. She has a wealth of knowledge within the independent school sector and is a real asset to the team. Suzi also over sees the back-office management, ensuring company processes are as streamlined and efficient as possible, and our clients continue to receive an exceptional level of care from us.

When managing our extensive portfolio of schools, Suzi ensures that pastoral care standards remain our top priority. She understands the importance of your child’s welfare and will make sure no stone is left unturned when it comes to ensuring every student is happy in their learning and fulfilling their highest potential.

When she’s not sat in front of a spreadsheet, you’ll find Suzi walking with, playing with and making a big fuss of one of her many dogs!

Hailey O’Riordan

Marketing & PR

Hailey heads up all our PR and marketing activities. Although she is relatively new to this sector, she has worked within marketing for the past ten years. Hailey’s transferrable skills add huge value to our company and allow us to explore all avenues when it comes to growing our organisation and delivering exceptional care to our clients.

Having two young boys within the independent schooling system herself, Hailey fully understands the concerns that parents often have when they first approach us, and is in the perfect position to answer their questions and put their minds at ease.
